Course Materials Support
MBZUAI Library sources, licenses and/or purchases instructor and student access to resources identified on approved syllabi.
An online course list is compiled each semester, posted on the library website, and describes availability.
Links to digital content are provided and including available eRental copies.
Copies available in print are housed in the MBZUAI Library (Course Reserve) and available for short terms loans for students. Semester loans are available for teaching faculty.
Available free instructor copies may be requested directly from publishers.
Verified links to course materials are mirrored on the LMS - Moodle.
Find resources to assist your students, including, resource and library research skills instruction, referencing resources, thesis formatting guide, etc.
Resource instruction is provided by MBZUAI Library and includes workshops coordinated with publishers and service providers. Additional workshops may be requested as required.
The use of copyrighted resources in a classroom environment should fall within fair use conventions and is different from using resources for personal research and study. Anything outside of fair use, for example posting third-party content on the LMS, may require a license or specific copyright permission. Please review the library's standard guidelines in the use of copyrighted material in academic environments.
